SAP Calculations – New Built EPC

SAP Calculations and Compliance:

• SAP Calculations are required to demonstrate compliance with Part L of the Building Regulations (Conservation of Fuel and Power) for new builds and major renovations.
• The SAP calculation report will:
  • Assess the energy performance of the building. Provide a SAP rating (on a scale of 1 to 100+). Show whether the building meets the required Target Emission Rate (TER) and Target Fabric Energy Efficiency (TFEE).

EPC Certificate for New Builds:

• Once the SAP calculations are completed and compliance is achieved, we will issue a New Build EPC (Energy Performance Certificate).
  • The EPC will: Provide an energy efficiency rating (A to G).
  • Include recommendations for further improvements (if applicable).
• The EPC is valid for 10 years.
